New Horizons — brand architecture

Scaling a healthcare brand without losing identity.

New Horizons opened a flagship location and a clear vision of expansion. The challenge wasn't the first location — it was the third one, two years from now, where a regional manager nobody hired yet would need to ship on-standard from day one.

TISSA built the brand architecture and Quality Mark program so that scaling never depended on heroic re-explanation. The manual answered the questions before they were asked.

The Strategy

Multi-location brands break when the central manual doesn't survive translation. By the third regional handoff the system has been reinterpreted by enough hands that consistency becomes coincidence.

We built the system to be self-explaining at the third handoff. Every visual decision documented its own rationale; every approval step had a named owner; the Quality Mark certified that the location was on-standard.

What we did

  • 01.

Brand architecture — master brand, sub-brands, naming conventions for future locations.

  • 02.

Location signage and wayfinding kit, modular for any footprint.

  • 03.

Quality Mark certification program — annual audit, public-facing seal.

  • 04.

Regional onboarding protocols — RACI, training videos, decision logs.
