Moving a transport brand from invisible to unmistakable.
EasyTrip Express ran a growing fleet across multiple regional yards with no consistent visual identity. Vehicle wraps differed by vendor. Yard signage was improvised. Drivers wore unbranded gear. The brand was technically operating — but invisible at every customer touchpoint.
TISSA built a fleet identity engineered for the conditions transport brands actually live in: highway speeds, weather, vendor turnover, and yards that grow faster than the manual.
The Strategy
Transport brands live and die by their visibility at speed. Every design decision was tested against highway-distance legibility before signoff — the mark had to read at 65 mph and still hold its proportions on a delivery truck side panel.
We codified the wrap, yard, and driver systems so any new vendor could execute on the same spec without re-design — and the brand absorbs yard growth without losing coherence.
What we did
- 01.
Vehicle wrap system — cab, trailer, and fleet-type variants with measurement specs.
- 02.
Yard signage and wayfinding kit — modular for any footprint.
- 03.
Driver uniform and ID system — weather-resistant, vendor-portable.
- 04.
Customer-facing app branding — tracking, ETAs, support flows.
Results
Vehicle wrap variants codified — cab, trailer, last-mile van, and yard truck — each on the same governance spec.
Yard installations completed under the manual — every site identifies as the same brand without rebuilding the signage.
Highway-tested legibility. Every wrap variant passed the 65 mph readability check before vendor handoff.
